Medieval Shapeshifting Platformer Necrofugitive now on Kickstarter!

People in the medieval times were a superstitious group, but in the case of this upcoming Kickstarter game, they might have a point. Black Garden Studios is proud to announce their Kickstarter project, Necrofugitive!

Built off of a unique idea, this stealth action platformer has you play as the last member of a cultist now hunted by a zealous kingdom. Empowered by Skoroz, the god of chaos, you must utilize your shapeshifting abilities to bring both ruin and vengeance to humanity.

Playing the role as a monstrous figure in the medieval times is a fascinating concept that plays off of the superstitious lives that people led in that time period. Where people were condemned as being devils or witches, actually playing as one such being and wrecking havoc with those powers are a cool idea to see be played through.

WHAT YOU CAN GET FROM BACKING THIS GAME

That’s why it’s exciting to see this game hit Kickstarter. Already, the Kickstarter has reached 80% of their goal, but have yet to meet their true goal yet. Those that have already backed this project, or might want to in the future will get a tidy bundle of perks for their support.

Supporters can expect to get exclusive physical rewards for backing Necrofugitive. This includes things like medals, an enamel pin, an iron-on patch, a limited edition coin, and a tabletop miniature of the main character. Supporters will also get in game rewards as well, like character pallets and appearing in the games world in portraits and the world’s lore.
