Last time on My Hero Academia, Class 1A faced their most unusual foe yet — Deku himself, who had gone all emo and sworn off his friends, believing he was so dangerous he had to go it alone. From the looks of things Season 7 will be a return to the typical rogues gallery…but that doesn’t mean it’ll be any easier. A trailer for Season 7 was released this week, which premieres May 4.
If you need a refresher as to what happened previously, Crunchyroll is simulcasting My Hero Academia: Memories, a four-part clip series meant to recap every event in the series thus far. It started running this week and will debut its other three parts in the weeks leading up to the premiere.
Season 7 of My Hero Academia stars mostly the same Japanese voices:
-
Daiki Yamashita as Izuku Midoriya
-
Nobuhiko Okamoto as Katsuki Bakugo
-
Ayane Sakura as Ochaco Uraraka
-
Kaito Ishikawa as Tenya Ida
-
Yuki Kaji as Shoto Todoroki
-
Toshiki Masuda as Eijiro Kirishima
-
Marina Inoue as Momo Yaoyorozu
-
Aoi Yuki as Tsuyu Asui
-
Ryo Hirohashi as Minoru Mineta
-
Yoshimasa Hosoya as Fumikage Tokoyami
-
Tasuku Hatanaka as Denki Kaminari
-
Kei Shindo as Kyoka Jiro
-
Eri Kitamura as Mina Ashido
-
Masakazu Nishida as Mezo Shoji
-
Kiyotaka Furushima as Hanta Sero
-
Kaori Nazuka as Toru Hagakure
-
Toru Nara as Rikido Sato
-
Kenta Miyake as All Might
-
Tetsu Inada as Endeavor
-
Yuichi Nakamura as Hawks
-
Junichi Suwabe as Shota Aizawa
-
Koki Uchiyama as Tomura Shigaraki
-
Hiro Shimono as Dabi
-
Misato Fukuen as Himiko Toga
-
Romi Park as Star and Stripe
-
Akio Otsuka as All For One
The English dub hasn’t been dated for release yet but we don’t anticipate anyone will be replaced there. Check out the trailer (which has no subtitles, so you’re on your own):

And there’s more! The fourth MHA movie, My Hero Academia: You’re Next, will be released in Japan August 4. As is typical of these things, it will ignore whatever’s currently going on in the TV series and follow its own self-contained plot. But it’s a pretty drastic one: somehow, there’s an evil All-Might now! Can Deku, who got his powers from his mentor, defeat what’s essentially himself?
As for the main series, as we said before, it continues May 4 on Crunchyroll.
