Miss Marvel got many positive reviews from critics because the show is good. It Even has the potential to evolve into something better. The show’s Target audience is obviously children and teenagers, but its appeal is universal. I noticed that Disney and Marvel had been releasing mini trailers to hype the premiere days before the release, and dislikes flood it. I can see Dislikes on YouTube because of an extension that makes it visible. A few minutes after the show becomes available in Disney Plus, the negative reviews have flooded on different platforms. It is impossible to make a review of a show that is out for like two minutes. The Negative reviews are from people who didn’t even watch the show.

Most negative reviews automatically accused the show of being a “Woke Leftist Agenda.” This accusation is not valid, and there is no virtue-signaling feminism, diversity, or democrat politics on the show. The hatred could be the Brie Larson effect because Kamala idolizes Captain Marvel. Brie Larson plays Captain Marvel, and some fans hated her because they found her condescending. The thing is, Brie Larson is not on this series.
These so-called fanboys will accuse every movie or show starring someone who is not a straight white male of “Woke.” Marvel gave them their straight white male with Morbius, and they didn’t even watch it. They assume they are the majority because they are so vocal on the internet. Box office results had proven the silent majority loves diversity.
Kamala Khan is just a girl who happens to be Pakistani American Muslim girl. This show is not like CW Arrowverse, where virtue signaling is the business. Instead, she is a relatable girl who has life experiences that can resonate with anyone who is once a teenager. There is also no “forced diversity” because no Caucasian ginger character got racebended for racial quota. The only character I can consider as not comic accurate is Kamala’s mom because she is Hijabi in the comics. Most characters look like their comics equivalent. It is neither a “feminazi propaganda” because the Men in Kamala’s life are decent people.
There could be hating people because they are fans of the comics, and they changed her powers. However, her New powers still have shades of abilities in the source material.
Iman Vellani is the right actress because she is a fan of Kamala Khan. She read the comic books and cosplayed the character years ago. She has no acting experience and only auditioned because she loves Miss Marvel.
I notice every positive review of this show on video-based social media is getting harassed with accusations of being paid. The show deserved all the positive reviews it got. It puts you in the world of a fan girl who writes fan fiction, does cosplay, and idolizes superheroes. Who eventually because of a Superhero herself.
Look at these People who ranked this show 1 out 10 minutes after the release.
The so called Anti-Woke people are as equally annoying as the woke people they hate. Maybe even worst because of all the racist and sexist comments they are flooding. YouTube comments is a total cesspool.
