Leo is a 74-year-old lizard confined within the confines of a classroom’s terrarium. Over the decades, he has borne witness to children growing up and graduating, observing them come and go. Despite his longing for the freedom of the outdoors, he remains trapped alongside his turtle companions. However, everything changes when he learns from one of the children about the lifespan of his species, realizing that this year marks his final chapter. Leo has always yearned to break free from the terrarium’s confines and experience life beyond its glass walls. Despite harboring this desire for decades, he chose the path of caution.
As the end of his days draws near, Leo’s determination surges, prompting him to take the daring step of escaping his terrarium prison. Along his journey, he encounters a cast of captivating creatures seeking guidance from an elder figure possessing both age and wisdom.
Celebrate your Thanksgiving with a special treat by watching “Leo,” premiering on November 21, 2023.
