However, offering the classic costume as an option allows players to choose, which is a good balance. I would be more impressed if this crossover had a gameplay system tie-in, such as a CvS-style groove system or team mechanics. I screamed when I saw Ken in the trailer! SNK is really going crazy in the best way! Ken is one of my favorite fighters ever, and to see him go against Terry?! That’s dream fight material! His SF6 version looks so dramatic and cool. I love that SNK didn’t water it down. The beard, the sad backstory, the rough energy—it fits. I know some people prefer his old-school style, but I’m glad both options are there. You can be happy Ken or broken Ken, it’s your choice. Also, this confirms Capcom and SNK are definitely working together big time. I’m praying hard for Capcom vs SNK 3. The fact that all Season 1 DLC is free makes this even better. I'm going to train hard because I want to main Ken in this too!

I’m kind of new to both Street Fighter and Fatal Fury, so this is a cool way for me to learn. I only played Ken in SF6, so seeing him here is exciting. His moves look really flashy and I like his new look. I know some people complain about the beard, but I think it makes him look strong. Also, the game giving all characters free is nice. I can try Ken without paying extra, which is good for students like me. I’m now curious about Chun-Li too. Maybe this will get me to try old Fatal Fury games. It’s fun to see characters from different games meet. I think this makes fighting games more fun and interesting.
