According to ThatGameCompany creative director Jenova Chen, Journey has become the fastest-selling PSN game of all time. Since it’s release, Journey has gone on to shatter all first and third-party sales records in the SCEA region. That’s fantastic news, and proof that you don’t need to churn out endless twin-stick zombie shooters to make a profit on PSN.
There’s also word that Journey’s incredible soundtrack will be hitting iTunes and PSN on April 10th, and that there will even be a limited CD run of the soundtrack. As someone who purposefully went out of his way to find nice places to meditate in-game just so I could listen to the soundtrack in the background, this is great news.
