Today the Xbox Live market place has been experiencing a few issues such as buying content or even entering the store. An official Tweet from an Xbox division team, Major Nelson has made this tweet
“If you are in an Xbox LIVE region that is having trouble purchasing some Marketplace content (like the Annihilation game add-on) We are aware of the issue and should have rectified within 24-hours.”
So no worries, all issues should be solved soon.
