Uncork’d is uncorking Holiday Hell this Christmas….actually, well before that. The horror anthology movie will be making its debut in select theaters this October, followed by a bunch of premieres elsewhere.

It’s Christmas Eve and a nameless woman has foolishly waited until the last minute to purchase her gifts. We all know people like this, and they never learn. Maybe this one will, after the experience SHE’S about to go through…after entering a shadowy curiosity shop, she’s presented with four objects and a creepy shopkeeper who tells her the story behind each one. When the tales are finished, she must pick ONE of the objects by midnight, or…..the synopsis doesn’t go into details. We’re assuming she CAN’T just run right out of there and find a different shop.

Holiday Hell stars Jeffrey Combs (Re-Animator), Joel Murray (Hatchet), Jeff Bryan Davis (Killer Pad), Lisa Coronado (“Twin Peaks”), and Meagan Karimi-Naser (Dead West), and contains segments directed by Jeff Ferrell (Ghostlight), Jeremy Berg (The Invoking), Jeff Vigil and David Burns. It’ll officially play for the first time October 11 in L.A (October 11-17; Laemmle Monica Film Center), then travel to Portland (October 26 & 27) and then Seattle (Nov 1-7). More stops could be added to the list.

But if you aren’t near any of those places, TubiTV will be exclusively showing Holiday Hell beginning October 15….the exclusivity lasts until the holiday season ACTUALLY begins, so they kinda got a raw deal. The DVD and VOD date for Holiday Hell is November 5.

On Christmas Eve, a woman enters a curiosity shop looking for a last-minute gift. There, she meets a mysterious shopkeeper who tells her the horrific stories behind four objects in the shop. As he weaves tales of killer dolls, witches and psycho Santas, the woman senses she might be in danger. She has until midnight to choose her gift, but will she choose wisely?
