“Freakier Friday” (2025) is based on “Freaky Friday”, a children’s book by Mary Rodgers, published in 1972, and a direct sequel to the 2003 film.

Memorable quote: “You think walking in someone else’s shoes is hard? Try doing it in heels, with homework, a PTA meeting, and a pickleball final, all before dinner.”, Anna (in Harper’s body)

♦ The Moral of the Story is AVOID Fortune Tellers?

“Freakier Friday” is the sequel to the iconic body-swap 2003 film, “Freaky Friday”. Kids may think parents just don’t understand, but if you switched bodies, it’s amazing to find out how much they do understand. It seems a lot of fans have been waiting for the reboot. It’s not just Tess and Anna who swap bodies. Confusion and chaos erupt when Anna and Harper, and Tess and Lily, literally find themselves walking in each other’s shoes. The film will be released in August 2025.
