I'd probably wouldn't wait for them to even do a duel. If my parents did that to me , let's say I would either escape but if that's not possible just kill them underhandedly. I'd curry their favor and then get them to give me preparation . If that worked, which it probably would , if I chose to get a headstart and escape I could do so but if they were that bad, I'd not risk it and get them while they were not looking and screw honor but that is assuming my parents were like hers.
I'd go for the most vulnerable parts of the body and bring my mother down and if my father came at me , he'd hit his wife instead assuming he cared more about harming me than her safety which I believe my father would never do since the most that happened was just loud arguments. But if he's insane, hell, it will buy me more time for survival. I'd just taunt him and bring him down mentally and when he is in his most vulnerable state and knock him unconscious with a pan. You have to remember that this is a life or death situation so if you don't like to go around killing people ala the pacifistic type , this is the only way to save yourself. The last thing I would do is kill them , but if I had to I don't know. But if they were trying to kill me , I probably would stop complying with them and make them suffer in ways they could barely imagine, aka why kill them when you can per say keep them barely alive or just defeat them and have them perform seppuku on themselves ? Let them kill themselves for all I care ,but if not I'd just slowly bring them to hell because if it came to it , they are not parents if they punish you by trying to duel you to the death . It's not some anime ,ya know.
Either way I would call the cops ,explain the situation and make sure you are safely away from parents if you restrained them. But most improtantly , do not take a shower and make sure your parents have no access to weapons. What I put above I believe it's self defense,especially if they are the ones who are trying to KILL you. Get a neighbor to stay with until the cops arrive.
Worst thing is you have to be interviewed by the cops .

It's seriously fucked up . I can never imagine my parents doing such a thing to me or my sisters , but my Grandma? Possibly since she chased me and my sisters with a knife while we were in the lower grades, but I was and still am an angry person admittedly and by her death, was much softer and kinder so she wouldn't have been able to do it because frankly I don't take **** from people unless I can ruin them later on when I'm higher than them. But while I said above that I might have , I don't know how I'd react since I have never been in such instances and I'm glad I have not ever been in any with my own family .
