What does it take to make the "updates and announcements" board?

I've been wanting to know this since I see things like toy reviews and music videos on that board, and I myself am a reviewer of toys in general(some even that almost nobody else has reviewed). Sure, I'm not a Youtube partner, but I put a lot of effort into my reviews nonetheless. So I was wondering: what would I have to do to have something I've done appear on that board?
