I saw it, and its just amazing! Normally I expect almost nothing from a game going to movies, but at least for me, this one may be quite nice to watch!

Never cared about the game, really don't care that much about the movie. In fact, it looks like even less of the game's content is being represented in this movie. But the characters do seem kind of interesting. If I see the movie, it'll be for the characters and story. Hopefully, that will carry the movie and make it enjoyable.

Actually I think the premise works if it's set in Warcraft I and II. i.e. pre-Elves and Undead. Gamers who were inducted to the franchise during DOTA/WoW will only probably be familiar with the characters if they know the lore.
I think we'll get the Elves and Undead by the end of the movie (or shortly after it).
I haven't played WoW, but I played the hell out of WCI, 2, 3 and TFT, so I'm going to be sort of disappointed if this was a WoW nerdgasm and nothing much of anything else.
