It's a spin-off movie that's been made exclusively for the Special/Limited Edition Machine Girl DVD.

Personally I'm jealous because the R2 release has been totally decked out in features, including the Nikkatsu exploitation-era recreation of the poster. I know I've bought the movie already but should Media Blasters do the same thing with a Limited/Special Edition, I would but it in a heartbeat.

And I thought Two Girls and a Cup was bad...
