Now I have a seemly endless list of games to try out, thanks for posting it on facebook too.. that's got some interesting suggestions. (I had no idea white knight chronicles had henshin sequences )

I've ordered myself a copy of Z.H.P. - Unlosing Ranger VS. Darkdeath Evilman as well for my PSP, can't wait to try that out

Persona 4 (PS2/Vita) - RPG. You can buy Phoenix Ranger Feathermen R costume available in the late game. There also a dungeon like Tokusatsu enemy base.

Any Metroid game

For some reason, mario and luigi: bowsers inside story makes me think of giant mecha fights, or Godzilla.

Also, there's a Japanese game called captain rainbow for the wii; very toku-esque

If somebody else hasn't mentioned it, friggen Megaman ZX and ZX Advent. The mian character does a henshin sequence and everything to go from a normal dude to the equivalent of a super hero with what is kind of like a Kamen Rider Double technique... except where Double switched both memories, he only switches on and keeps the X 'Biometal' always as part of the combination. It's an awesome game series.

I love the wonderful 101 but I have no plans to buy a WiiU for quite some time.. but its on my list.

It's great to see so many games, from straight out toku inspired games to little references here and there like henshin sequences that a cool little nods

Outside of a legit licensed game featuring the likes of Kamen Rider and other toku, I can't think of one more legit then the Viewtiful Joe series of games.

Metal Gear Rising game play maybe if you squint your eyes but Viewtiful Joe is one of the few toku inspired original games that is straight action. I will also throw out Anarchy Reigns, another Platinum Studios (made of people that formerly made Viewtiful Joe and have since done Bayonetta, Metal Gear Rising and working on Wonderful 101) game, decent action at least.
