Stunt actors in sentai n kamen rider suits..

hi, i was wondering, how does the stunt actors feel when wearing sentai or kamen rider suits when acting?

in super sentai, the actors have to wear tight suits, covering from toes till heads including fingers.. do they feel hot when in those outfits when filming? How was the weather in japan? how they cope when jumping or in an exploding scene, especially exploding in the background after their roll calls.

in kamen rider, the actors not only wear their rider suits, but they have to put on external cladding, n i was wondering whether those external cladding are made of metal or not.. for example, if u look at Zolda, his suits seems heavy with metal cladding. i wonder is that realy metal or not? the same goes with G3, G4, Blade, and all kabuto riders in masked form. their suits seems heavy to me..

some of them who wears external shields or cladding made them impossible to raise their hands up when battle, such as dragon ranger, kiba ranger, bull black, shurikenger, magishine, zolda, ouja, odin, blade, den o liner form n so on..

well, i wonder how those actors feel when they move about in those outfit.. what do u think?

That is a very good question. I hope to see answers soon. However, I may have a clue/answer.

I'm on a board (www.rangercast.com) where we can talk to cast members of the show. I asked Jessica Rey (White Wild Force Ranger) a question about what it was like to wear the suit. Here was the answer she gave me (and another person who asked):

wearing the spandex was almost unbearable! the wardrobe girls couldn't zip us all the way up until right before the director yelled, "ACTION!" and then as soon as we cut, they had to unzip us before we passed out =) it was a lot of fun, though!

I don't know if that answers the question since it was Power Rangers (most likely use different materials for the suits), and Jessica Rey wasn't a stunt person and probably didn't do any stunts while wearing the whole suit (helemt included). However, it was the best lead I knew of. I'm hoping to see some other responses soon.

maybe her stunt double was smaller than her,they probably wore the same suit for the show,which could explain why it was so tight.

That is an interesting question. I wish I had the answers to that but I guess it depends on the measurements of the suit actors' body weight and height.
