So if there's downloadable content for My Life as a King, where is it for Brawl?

So I was looking at the downloadable content for FFCC: My life as a King and it made me wonder why this isn't being done with brawl? We know it's possible and it's so much easier than making a new game. Something the could do with this is thet could have a new character and stage pack that encludes for example

Character: Megaman ZX
Stage: Guardian HQ Deck

and it could be an every other month thing, I guess...
