Well, according to Trieu of S-C:

Q: When will Samurai Shodown: EoD be released?

A: For the U.S. Market, April 17th, 2008.

Q: Will there be blood and fatalities in Sam Shodown: EoD?

A: For at least the U.S. version from what we understand, it will be uncensored and keep all the gore intact.

LOVE the instakills. Not so hot on the juggle combos, I hate how cheap those can be.

Is it too much to ask to have SOMEONE release a swordfighting game that includes a burly Scotsman weilding a hugeass claymore? How has this never been done before? COME ON, HOOK ME UP, JAPAN.

I'm pretty sure Samurai Showdown went 3D a long time ago. No one remembers though I guess. Maybe that says something for the quality, who knows.
