I think NateRiver is talking about Kintaros' "Dynamic Chop", not the actual Rider Chop.

Kintaros's Dynamic Chop is a Rider Slash since he uses a sharp weapon to cut the enemy. A Rider Chop is a Karate Chop done by hand.

The last Rider Chop that I can think of is Kamen Rider W Luna Joker's Maximum Drive, the Joker Strange.
