Power Ranges Samurai Megazord Review

DosmRider

is Awesome Rider
Pro(s):
The Megazord doesn't look horrible once it is transformed.

Con(s):
The individual zords look awful compared to their Japanese counterparts.
They don't fold into origami mode except for Turtle zord.
It doesn't come with a shield like Shinken-oh.

Final Verdict: After spending time with this megazord I realized it is pretty much a piece of crap. The individual zords look like happy set toys compared to the Japanese versions heck even compared to the mmpr 2010 zords they look like garbage. They don't even transform into origami mode which was one of the neatest things about Shinken-oh, not to mention it is necessary for monkey to transform for a future formation. Once it's in megazord mode it doesn't look awful but it doesn't hold a candle to Shinken-oh. Overall I do not recommend this thing especially at thirty dollars put the money towards a Shinken-oh, I can't even really recommend this at fifteen dollars.

Differences to me aren't aaallll that big... I wonder if Power Ranges Samurai juuuust might get another purchase out of me. :sweat:

You know, if I wanted to get an alternative to the original DX Shinken-Oh, I'd choose something better than this...

...oh, wait. I already have: the Super Robot Chogokin Shinken-Oh.
