No I'm not Ultramatt second I'm sorry if the riders had similar names I gave up on this fan fic a long time despite claiming I would work on it and I apologize to anyone expecting this fic to come to life please forgive me also I thought up this character way before I joined this sight and gave up in favor of a series I made not milking off of the kamen rider name I have no plans of posting that story and I'm sorry for any trouble I may have caused.
