Kamen Rider Ryuki Question

This has to be one of the cases where the other Heisei shows did better than Kuuga.
Even though some might hate them, most people enjoy those 2 wacky episodes that we get each year.
In Kuuga however, we had to sit through 2 episodes about a random boy running away from home to see his old neighbourhood... UGH!

And the episode where Mika had a tantrum and threaten to kill herself, I just shook my head and thought the script's must have gotten swapped with some drama

Indeed. I stopped watching Kabuto for about a month after I've seen it.

I honestly had to fight my better judgement to keep going. The episodes right before it were starting to lose me, and then THAT happened. I could not believe how bad that arc was. Honestly, by being the best chef in the world, he can take over the world? And the main Worm went "Such a brilliant plan." HOW?! How in God's name is that a brilliant plan? That's the worst plan ever!

I honestly completely forget that arc. I'm morbidly curious to see it again.
"Kuuga," in my opinion, is one of the all time best Rider shows. However, it had three major problems to me.

1) Slow pacing when a story couldn't fill two episodes.
2) Flat out filler episodes.
3) The finale.
