A reinventing of the Original Kamen Rider, set in modern day LA.
Plot: Steve Williams was a 20 year old college student majoring in Biochemistry. One day, he was kidnapped by Shocker, a multi-nation terrorist organization that is so evil, the leaders of the free world would rather die, than reveal them to the public. Steve was remodeld to become the ultimate soldier in Shocker's army: A cybernect organism created from the best genetic engineering, robotics, and nuclear technology the world has to offer. Unfortunatly, Steve was able to escape before he was turned into a mindless drone. Now, Steve must battle Shocker and it's army of Inhumanoid soldiers as their greatest creation: The Kamen Rider.
Cast:
Steve Williams/Kamen Rider 1-The main protagonist. A typical college student who has been transformed into a superhero. He is ten times stronger than most humans as Steve, but as Kamen Rider 1, all of his abilities are enhanced by five.
Gwen Prince-A reporter for the college newspaper and Steve's ex-girlfriend. She still has some feelings for him, but is too focused on the recent Shocker attacks.
Max Jackson-Steve's best friend and roommate. He is one of the only people who knows that Steve is the Kamen Rider.
Tobei Tachibana-Steve's boss and owner of the Tachibana Biker's Club. He knows Steve is the Kamen Rider and is the one who created the Cyclone.
Harry O'neil/Kamen Rider 2-The second Rider Shocker developed. Unlike Steve, Harry has been fully completed. Making him stronger, faster, and loyal to Shocker.
The Great Leader-Shocker's mysterious leader. Not much is known about him, only that he is extremely powerful. A sample of his DNA is inside each of the Kamen Riders, giving them immense power.
