Writer's note: If any of you have seen another KR calling itself Kamen Rider Izanagi, please note that I derived the name from Mythology and not Persona 4.

Year 2011 (KR OZU can go to hell. )
The Kamen Rider War has ended. The Riders' stories were retold by the coming of Decade. But because of the bridges leading from one world to the other, the worlds of the Riders have all merged into one. Where all of them live. Which leads us to our new Rider...
Former Leader of the Special Ops Division in the Sanada Corps Shousuke Sanada was KIA during a mission to investigate a string of mysterious disappearances. His killer left no trace, and most certainly didn't let him have both eyes seeing as he took one out during his fight with Shousuke, who nearly killed him in response. Despite this, the assassin said something right before running off:
"Izanagi will be waiting... at the Tokyo.. Tower.. Don't disappoint him... and bring one of the Kamen Riders with you.. as proof you have transcended humanity..."
But his senses were dulling. He thought he was hearing things. But that wasn't the time to think about that. He closed his eyes and then fell to the floor.
His death hit the news.
Plotline:
All the Riders live in separate parts of the world. Some live in the same country as others, some by themselves. But all of them felt a presence that came right after the death of said man.
A presence that dictated that there was danger.
A presence that could mean only one thing...
A new Rider exists.
As this man's death passes, monsters from the worlds the Riders were from begin to rise, disguised as humans. These... Kaijin then begin to cause terror among the citizens and the Riders are needed once more. As Kamen Rider Ichigo and Nigo are surrounded by Fangires and Worms, they see an explosion rock the ground and send many more Kaijin to their deaths.
All they could see among the smoke was a pair of small glowing eyes. One red, one green.
The shadowy figure then spoke as the Kaijin turned to look at him.
"Henshin."
A voice then sounded: Kamen Drive - Izanagi!
Then the eyes changed color to both just being red, except one was cross-shaped and the other much like the eyes of any Kamen Rider.
It then pointed in the air.
"Descending forth from the sky, Ascending forth from hell..."
(Insert BLACK RX-esque intro here)
"I come forth to erase the evils of this land! Kamen Rider Izanagi! ON THE SCENE!"
That angered the Kaijin who then went to try to kill him and completely ignore the two they were just attacking.
"What the..." Said Ichigo.
"That voice..!" Said Nigo.
Needless to say, the Kaijin were blown away.
"You've got to be kidding me." Both said at the same time while immediately putting their faces in their palms.. at the same time.
Right as the smoke cleared they saw a rather strange looking Rider.
His suit wasn't completely body-fitting. In fact, it made him look like he was some sort of samurai, except with the armor of a Kamen Rider.
It then pointed at the two and said:
"Undo your Henshin if you still want to live."
"If we want to live!? I ought to..." Nigo thought.
"You saw what he just did. Do as he says." is Ichigo muttered to Nigo.
Both then did as they were told, considering they were wary of how strong he was.
They were then Takeshi Hongo and Hayato Ichimonji.
"Hongo Takeshi and Ichimonji Hayato. Ichigo and Nigo..."
"You! How do you know our names!?" Hayato demanded.
The figure then undid his own Henshin.
"Do you know a certain...Kazuya Taki?"
Ichimonji then glared at him.
"How do you know Taki!?"
Shousuke was beginning to hate this guy.
"He and I are investigators. I met him during one of my missions and we solved various paranormal cases. I came to nickname him Skull after seeing him kick the crap out of a bunch of these guys in a helmet that had a Skull on it. I kind of envied that kind of strength. Had no idea he was actually serious about knowing Kamen Riders, and that they were real. Anyway... no one knows I'm alive yet. Better keep that a secret for now, yeah?"
Both of the other two nodded in agreement. If he was known to have been alive, it'd create a big opportunity for the kaijin to roam the earth, causing even more chaos.
Takeshi then nudged Hayato.
"Then you are..." Takeshi then said.
"Yeah. Sanada Shousuke. The Showman." The figure said with a smile.
"Tch. They said you were dead. How'd you come back to life?"
Shousuke fell silent for a while then cleared his throat.
"Right as I died, I felt something enter my body. And all of a sudden I black out. I was pretty damn sure that I was dead at that point. But suddenly I woke up surrounded by these monstrous bastards. Despite all that, I somehow knew how to henshin and here I am. Personally, I don't understand it but I know how to fully use this thing and don't know why."
He held his driver in front of them, it looked like a relic.
The other two Riders fell silent. But then Takeshi spoke.
"Riders all over the world are fighting these things as we speak. Are you on the side of mankind, Sanada?"
"Pfft. What kind of question is that?" His cell phone rang. "Sorry about this guys. Hold on for little will you?"
"Oh hey, Taki. Yeah. They're here. Ok. I'll head to America when the dust settles, then."
Shousuke then hung up.
"What was that about?" Takeshi asked curiously.
"Oh, that? I had arranged for me to get altered after it was known I died, which is probably why I know how to use this relic. Anyway, I understand you talk to a bike shop owner? I'd like to meet him. Plus I have a favor to ask you two while there. Take me to him."
Both sighed. No choice. If he wanted he could have killed them there, but he didn't. So they lead him to their hideout if you can call it that.
---Hours later, back at the Shop---
"Tachibana-Ossan, we're back!"
The old man turned around while still crouched and fixing a motorcycle.
"Oh~ Takeshi! And you brought Hayato with you! Who's that..?" He said while pointing at Shousuke.
Shousuke just pulled out his ID and handed it to Tachibana.
"Ooh, the Showman himself comes to my shop? Surprising."
Shousuke just laughed.
"I'm partial to motorbikes myself, sir. And want you to look at mine. But I can't retrieve that one because I'm supposed to be dead. And you know the media."
Tachibana just shrugged and stood up. "I could see that." Handing his ID back to him, he looked at Shousuke.
"They never showed us what you looked like. You look like a Yakuza if you ask me."
That sounded like the funniest joke he's heard all year. Shousuke stifled laughter.
"I'll be damned. Well, my jacket doesn't help much so yeah. I can see what you mean. Anyway, I'm pretty sure you might like my bike. Do you think you could have someone retrieve it? I hate imposing, but I need that bike. It's my specially tuned Ducatti, thing is a beauty."
Takeshi just scoffed in a humorous manner.
"A Ducatti? That's one expensive bike! Then again, that'll enhance the Yakuza image along with making the fact that he is in fact Sanada more obvious." Hayato thought.
"You saved our lives and that's not something we could do mere favors to repay, so we'll talk to a couple of Riders who were sent in the general area." Takeshi just walked outside and pulled out his cell, dialing a number manually.
---Outside the Sanada Estate - Shousuke's residence---
Phone rang.
"Hello? Minami Kotarou Speaking."
"Kou? This is Takeshi, we need you to do something, where are you?"
Kotarou raised an eyebrow. This was odd of him.
"Hm? I staked out the Sanada residence just now, why?"
"Find the Ducatti hidden there and bring it back to the shop."
This surprised Kotarou.
"What!? A Ducatti!? I have my own bike to worry about here. Why'd you want me to get it?"
---Tachibana Bike Shop---
"Isn't Kazuma with you?" Takeshi asked
"Oh boy. Is my place that hard to get into? Takeshi, hand me the phone."
Takeshi heard Sho and then turned back to Kotaro who was on the other line.
"Sanada himself wants to talk to you."
Handing the phone to Sho, Takeshi just sighed.
"Kotaro's still not doing anything?" Hayato asked with a laugh.
"He should have known that there was a Ducatti there, it's the Sanada's Showman we're talking about here.. geez. Even I know he gets the good stuff. Has to have something to show for his deeds."
Shousuke then spoke into the phone after that conversation.
"Sanada here. Listen. Here's how to get it..."
---Back at the hill overlooking the Sanada Residence---
"Uh huh.. okay... got it. Thanks, Shousuke." Kotaro then hung up.
"What the hell was that about?" Kazuma asked.
"We have to get the Showman's bike. Think you can handle it?"
"Ooh, that 999? I'm up for it. Let's go." Kazuma said.
Both then got on the Acrobattler and went on to retrieve the said Bike.
Right as they approached the Garage, a red-headed woman approached them.
"Who are you and what're you doing with my fiancee's bike!?" She looked mad. In fact, she was pissed and assumed them to be hostile.
Kotaro cursed his luck. Kazuma was scared.
"Uh, miss? We're here to get it for a friend, we're not thieves!" Kazuma said with a somewhat horrified tone. Kotaro was still calm.
"Ankokushin Seiyama, was it? Allow me to explain..."
--Five minutes later and Kazuma is still scared--
"No assassin could kill Shou-kun and get away with it. Doesn't surprise me that he doesn't want to let his current state leak to the media. Here. Send him my message." She handed him the keys to the 999.
"Thank you. He'll be happy to see this."
Sei just laughed. "He will, all right. And don't go wrecking it. Shou worked hard on that bike."
Kazuma just mounted the Acrobattler since Kotaro took the keys. Both rode the bikes back to the shop, making sure they weren't watched. Especially since the Sanada Corps were on the lookout for leaks of information.
---back at the shop...---
"HAHAHAHAHAHAHA!!! Man, she was that pissed when she saw you two!? That's Sei for you. Thanks, guys." Shousuke said while still laughing.
"What the... what happened?" Tachibana asked.
Kotaro was the one doing the explaining... again. Even Takeshi and Hayato were laughing at Kazuma. Poor guy.
"Hey! That crazy actress is scary! You haven't seen fear till you've seen her urge to kill! No wonder Shou could take a bullet!" Kazuma yelled. "But she's hot, though. Movies and pictures do her no justice."
Shou still laughed, and patted Kazuma on the back. "Yeah, she can be like that. Still. That smile on her face brings relief, though."
Kotaro handed Shou the keys to his bike. Which oddly... changed shape. Now it looked like it had a snake's face on the front wheel and the wheels.. no longer their stock look, they then looked like they were made of steel. Yet when Shou went to check, they bounced like the standard rubber material.
The rear guard was still not changed. The armor covering the exhaust still had his family insignia on it.
Mirrors were then made to look something like a wolf's ears except they still maintained the shape of a rear view mirror.
Kotaro whistled.
"That's a hell of a change. Didn't think it'd change to a snake, though."
Shousuke was still somewhat shocked.
"Neither did I. Oh. The pack on the rear panel's still there."
Opening said pack, he pulled out and put on his black fedora, it read WINDSCALE on the right side.
"This fedora allowed me to sneak in and out of the city because no one saw my blonde hair. Been a treasure since it was given to me by Boss Narumi. Anyway. Seeing as I'm a Rider now... I suppose I should go help the rest of the Riders... without being seen by the media, I hope."
Everyone looked at each other.
"Oh yeah..... CRAP." Thought all of them at once.
Despite that, Tachibana still laughed.
"Relax. I believe we could do this without compromising the citizens' peace of mind... well, the peace of mind coming from the media not knowing he's alive now.. Because if the media knows, they'll assume he's an Altered Human. Which he technically is, but with far more advanced technology and with different origins. If anything, we should wait until they know he is a Kamen Rider first."
"Exactly. If the media found out I was still alive before then, they'd cause enough chaos from the assumption I'm like the evil ones. Those disappearances are the creation of the new Kaijin armies. And even a random kid knows that thanks to the story he told me about his pops dying on the job. One ballsy kid he is."
The others stood in silence. How much does Shousuke know? Kazuma on the other hand had a pretty good idea...
"So let me get this straight, Showman. If I'm not mistaken, you were investigating these matters. And not only that, several of the organizations behind this new assault on mankind want you dead. And now you're here, having been altered after death. As it is, I don't think you're trustworthy at the time."
Shou looked at Kazuma.
"Yeah, I was. Aside from a fear of my finacee, you have a brain. Good for you."
Kazuma pouted.
"What'd you find out?" Kotaro asked.
"Easy. All those jerks from the past, Dai Shocker, Super Shocker, Badan, Crisis Empire, you name it. Every one of those bastards is coming back. I don't know how. But they're back. Evidence is the factories they tend to make a lot of. That and I ran into a Black Pyramid off the coast of Egypt. As for my alteration, which our resident genius brought up... the organization behind it is unknown. Not even I know who it is, but I know for sure they don't like the others."
Kotaro then looked at Shou.
"If that's the case, then we need to obtain the assistance of the rest of the riders. I'm going with you."
Everyone else gave him the look. Shou knew what to expect.
"In that case, we need to scour Japan. I can't until I kill off a few of the monstrous bastards in front of the media's eyes. I need to give them sometime before allowing them to know I live. Because if what my information says is true, I could turn the situation around to our advantage."
Kazuma nodded. "So you want to 'let' them know they have a fighting chance? Sounds like a plan to me."
Everyone else nodded in agreement.
"So it's settled. We're going to go head out now. I'm going to give my house a call. I'm pretty sure that if Sei was home when these two (Kotaro and Kazuma) were there, she will be waiting for a call."
Shousuke then grabbed his phone which for some odd reason he still had despite the events and dialed Sei's cell.
---Seiyama---
"What the..f-" She then grabbed her cell and looked at the number and name.
"Shou!" She said when she answered the phone.
"It's me. I talked with the Riders. Think you could check out the nation-wide information network? I'll be in contact, so you could call me if you need me for anything."
"Sure. I'll call Taki, then. Let him know you're still on the scene, 'kay?" Sei said sweetly.
"This guy NEVER beats around the bush. I should know. I didn't accept his proposal for nothing, tee hee." Sei thought as she spoke.
"Thanks a bunch, sweets. Love you." Shou said.
"Love you too." Sei replied then she hung up.
"Now... let's see what that crazy bastard's up to."
---Back to Shou & Co.---
"That's done." Once he put his cell away, he looked at Tachibana.
"Ossan, you have any of those 'Tachibana Racing' jackets?" He asked.
The old man nodded and went to fetch said jacket.
"Why'd you need that?" Kotaro asked.
Takeshi looked at Kotaro, replying: "I think he's going to go do some work himself. Most likely with a certain network. I don't know the specifics."
Kotaro nodded. "This Sanada man's mysterious. I'd better watch my back as well in case." "I'm going to head out now. I'll be meeting with Tsukasa and Tendou later today."
Leaving the scene, Kotaro made post haste to his meeting with said Riders.
"We will head out too. Any information we'll send to you right away." Takeshi and Hayato then left.
That left Kazuma.
"So... what do we do?" Kazuma said while looking around.
"Easier done than explained. You're coming with me. I've got someone to meet and need a Rider along with me." Shou replied.
As he said that, Tachibana tossed the jacket to Shou.
"Don't tear this thing up, I never give these out to anyone but Riders." The man said with a smile.
"Thanks a bunch, Ossan." Shou said as he put on the jacket and grabbed a nearby black helmet.
Both Riders then mounted their bikes and went out.
Thank you,
