Kamen Rider DVDs

I hope this is in the right area, but it seemed about right. I apologize if it's not.

Anyway, I was researching some of the English subbed Kamen Rider DVDs & found a few places where they seemed in good quality, as well as what I was looking for. But, I was wondering where the majority of people who purchased these got them from, in case I'm missing something.

So far found a few nice ones on Ebay, as well as another site called tokusatsudvd.com. Are there better places to check out?

^Tokusatsudvd.com are bootlegs, and there are no legal subtitled Sentai or Rider shows besides:
-the current Zyuranger release
-Masked Rider The First
-Kamen Rider V3

Overall, all the DVDs that have no region coding [mostly Malaysian] are too good to be true. They often have time-codes, are insanely cheap for their content and price point, and the video quality is shot. Basically, the Malaysian sets cram 50 episodes in 4 to 5 discs, not to mention use fansubbed videos.

It's not to say everything from Hong Kong is a bootleg. Many companies such as Universe Laser have released the Godzilla series with English subtitles [the Heisei series] or other films and it's perfectly licensed and cheaper than the Japanese release. Many Japanese movies and music are released in other market such as Hong Kong for much cheaper for the exact thing that costs much more in Japan. So as long as you got a region free player, you can watch them. I know there's been legal releases in Taiwan, but none of them have English as an option. I've looked for those options as well.

I got Return of Godzilla and Biollante from Yesasia for 10 dollars each. Both were budget and cut to only having a trailer at most for features. Maybe there were other more expansive releases for the later films , but it worked for a legal alternative until it comes over here in the States. Same goes for the Kenshin film I got recently. They're all Region 3 and perfectly legal, but the price is on line with American DVD releases of any new film. Hilariously , people on Amazon were buying bootlegs of that film for a higher price in another listing.

You can basically tell a Malaysian release by the golden "legal stamp" on the box, the terms Vol. 1-End [Insert last episode number for End] , and impossibly low prices and disc number. Maybe once in a while you could , but it's hardly worth the money or effort to risk on something when its basically available everywhere you look to stream for free. If Crunchyroll is any indicator, we might see Kamen Rider on a streaming service and you won't need to resort to that.
