Ok if you read the last version of KR Colors, I wrote that mainly for the lolz. Now here is the real story of Kamen Rider Colors. Enjoy!
Episode 1: A Hero Is Drawn
Episode 1: A Hero Is Drawn
It is late at night and three young people are walking down an alley way. One of them has had too much to drink and starts grabbing at the female of the group while the other male laughs. She responds to this by hitting him with her purse.
“Man, this isn’t fun anymore,” the woman said.
Just as she said that a large figure flies above them creating a large gust of wind.
“What was that?!” exclaimed one of the men in shock.
The large figure came swooping down and grabbed one of the men. It bit the man’s neck and he started screaming in pain as the color from his body and clothes slowly disappeared. The female and the other male screamed in horror and started running away.
The monster had no trouble catching up to them and grabbed the other man, slowly sucking his color away too. The female tripped, still screaming at the shock of what was happening, as the monster drew closer to her.
A man with a large beard appeared behind the woman, with something that appeared to be a pen in hand. He started to scribble something in the air, which by the time he was finished took the form of a large fireball. The fire ball flew over to the winged creature and exploded upon impact.
The wing creature screeched and created a shockwave which knocked the old man back. The old man hit a wall hard, and hurt his shoulder as a result. Thankfully, the creature was also injured from the fireball, and flew off into the distance.
Downstairs a young woman is teaching a dance class for young girls. Today they are learning how to do a hip-hop style dance. She shows the girls the first step, and they repeat it. She shows them another step, and they go along with it as well. This continues until they have the whole dance down.
One girl however appears to be having trouble with the dance. The teacher smiles a bit and then walks over to her. “Here,” says the young woman as she repeats the dance step again for the young girl breaking it down more.
The girl attempts again and she starts getting better at it. “Keep going” the teacher says. The young girl does it again, and she manages to do it perfectly. The teacher and the young girl both exchange encouraging smiles.
The teacher looks over at the clock, and it appears that the class is over. “Oh it’s that time again,” she says and she dismisses the class. The young girls go to their mothers and pack up their things.
“Bye bye, please come back soon,” she says as they walk out the entrance. “Hm, what’s is going on with Atsuhi,” she says to herself.
She walks up the stairs to the apartment. “Atushi, are you up here?” she ask. She knocks at the door of Atushi’s art room and doesn’t receive an answer. “I’m coming in!” She walks in to see Atushi sleeping at his desk.
She smiles, seeing this as a perfect opportunity to cause a little mischief.
She goes over to Atushi and holds his nose shut, making it hard for him to breath. Eventually he couldn’t take it anymore, and wakes up grasping for air.
“Man, this is the third time this week you fell asleep working on your project,” she said as he finally was fully awake.
“Well Mimi, I have gotten a good one this time. It is sure to be a hit!” Atushi exclaimed with delight.
“You sure are very optimistic. 5,000 rejection letters doesn’t damper your spirits does it?”
“It doesn’t matter if it’s 5000 or 100,000 rejections when you have a dream to follow you should continue to push forward.”
“Well you dream is also making a mess,” Mimi said as she started to clean up his art studio a little.
“Oh you don’t have to-“
“You know the bills are getting harder to pay. We are getting less and less customers than usual. I never knew taking on mother’s dance studio would be so difficult.” She continued cleaning up Atushi’s things until she saw a receipt. She stopped moving and stared at the receipt.
“You know the bills are piling up right?” Mimi said.
“Yes…”
“And you paid 25,000 yen on art supplies?”
“Uh…yes”
“Do you know what this means?”
“Uh…No”
Mimi kicks Atushi out the front entrance. “And don’t come back until you find a job!” she shouted.
Atsuhi sighed as he looked up at the sign above the entrance which said King of Dance. He walked over to his bike and started peddling off.
As he was peddling down the road, he came to a steep hill and lost control of his bike. “Watch out!”
He crashed into a couple. The man grabbed a fistful of Atushi’s shirt. “Are you mad?”
“Sorry, I lost control of the bike. Are you guys hurt?”
“Not as hurt as you’re about to be.”
The man was about to strike Atushi when his girlfriend intervened. “Come on Hajime, it was an accident. Let’s get going or we are going to be late.”
Hajime glanced at Atushi for a second before pushing him away. He and his girlfriend walked off.
“Oh, my name is Atushi Ishoku, but you can just call me Jack.”
“Well, you don’t look like someone who appreciates fine art. Are you just here because your looking for any job you can get?”
“Oh…well… I do enjoy art. I am a Manga artist.”
The lady looked at him with a glare. She let out a sigh and asked “What are your qualifications?”
“Well I am very good with people. I try to bring out the best in everyone,” he started “I like learning new things and people say I adapt well to situations.” As he said the last thing he leaned on one of the shelves full of china and it broke. It started to fall on as he tried to catch them he fell backwards into another shelf and broke the china from there.
The lady, with her face now red, gave Atushi and evil glare. She pointed at the door. “Get out!”
Atushi walked down the road, unable to find another job. He sighed “Where am I going to find a job now?” He continued walking until he heard a little girl crying in the distance. He looked over at a park bench to see a little girl holding what appeared to be a picture. Atushi went over to see what was wrong.
Atushi walked over to the little girl and gave her a big warm, but awkward smile. The little girl looked away and continued to cry, but Atushi walked over to the other side and smiled at her again. She looked away again and Atushi’s smile did not fade, getting more awkward to more he held it.
Then the little girl giggled. “You’re strange mister.”
“Heh, you really think so?”
She nodded.
“My name is Atushi Ishoku, but you can just call me Jack.”
“Oh, I am Nanako.”
Atushi knelt down. “May I ask what the matter is?”
The little girl held up her drawing, which got ripped and dirtied. “A bunch of mean boys came over and tore it up. I worked really hard on the painting for my mother, and now I can’t give it to her.”
“Well..uh… I can help you make a new one if you like. I am a Manga artist you know.”
“Really? I read a lot of Manga, but I never seen any of your stories.”
“Well, I haven’t really gotten my work published yet.” Atushi let out an awkward laugh, and Nanako couldn’t help but sigh and then join in on the laughing.
After the conversation Atushi grabbed art supplies out of his bag and him and Nanako got to work. They painted a sunny picture with a lot of clouds and flowers.
Nanako drew a little girl on the picture. She was blonde and had pigtails and was playing happy.
“She needs someone to play with,” Nanako said.
Atushi drew what appeared to be a grasshopper like character on the picture. He had bug eyes and in his hand was a chocolate bar.
“He’s cute, what is his name?”
“I am not sure yet, I came up with him awhile back but I haven’t decided a name,” Atushi replied.
“How about…Battamaru,” Nanako replied.
“I like it,” Atushi said, this time not giving as much as an awkward smile.
Later that evening, after Atushi walked Nanako home, he realized how much time he spent with her. “Oh no, I still have to look for a job!” he explained. As the sun was setting in the distance he hoped on his bike and started peddling down the road. As he was traveling he heard screams coming from the distance.
The bat creature was back and attacked a man, sucking the color out of him by biting his neck. It attacked another person, sucking the color out of them also. A woman was running away and the bat creature leaped at her.
Before it could make the attack, a chair flew at the monster hitting it.
The monster looked over and saw that Atsuhi was the one who threw the chair. “Uh oh,” Atushi said as he fell backwards at the sight of the beast.”I-I’m…uh…s-sure we could talk this out,” not knowing what to do as he crawled backwards more.
It started to leap towards him. Before it could make contact a flying fireball came at it, and knocked it backwards.
“What the…” said Atushi in shock. He looked over to see the old man, clutching his shoulder in pain. He fell to the ground, and Atushi ran over to him.
The monster quickly recuperated and lunged towards them full of energy. Atushi grabbed the old man and ran as fast as he could. The monster caught up with them and jumped in front of them and Atsuhi started running the opposite way, however the monster had no trouble catching up with him again.
Suddenly, as the monster was ready to suck the color out of Atushi, a man appeared on a motorcycle, and fired a weapon, which looked like a gun. It shot a bolt of blue energy and appeared to hurt the monster. The monster quickly started chasing the man angered at him.
Atushi took the opportunity to duck into an alleyway.
“Are you ok mister?” Atsuhi asked.
The old man looked at him, still in a daze from his injury. “I am getting too old for this,” the man said. He started to close his eyes again.
“
Too old for what, who are you?” Atushi asked.
The old man opened his eyes again. “Too many people are getting hurt. I need to stop the Coleecher.”
“Coleecher? What is…”
The old man cuts him off, “I feel a positive aura from you. You saved that woman and you saved me, even though you know you couldn’t stand up to the monster. I think I can trust you.”
The man took out of his pocket what appeared to be a case, housing many pen like objects inside of it. “Take this. This is the Color Matrix, source of amazing mystical energy. You can use its power to fight the Coleecher. “
“The Color Matrix” Atushi mumbled, still trying to figure out what was going on.
The old man handed him his pen like object. “This is a Sketch Aurora, with this you can bring your imagination to life.”
“Alright,” Atushi said, not really putting much thought into it. “I really have no idea what is going on here, but I will give it my best.”
The monster had lost the motorcycle and decided to approach another area with people. However, he spotted off in the distance a walking Atushi. The monster got a glimpse of what he had in his hand and started to growl. The Coleecher made a stance, ready for what was coming.
Atushi had no time to loose. He took the red Sketch Aurora and stuck it in the top of the Color Matrix. It started to glow red and formed a belt around Atushi’s waist. The belt held 6 other pens, similar to how an artist apron held art supplies. Atushi took the red Sketch Aurora out of the Color Matrix and struck a pose similar to the original Kamen Rider. After he did that, he started sketching armor in the air.
“HENSHIN!”
The armor Atushi drew enveloped him, and illuminated the night sky. A new armored hero stood before the monster.
Kamen Rider Colors was born!
“Woah, this is so cool,” Atushi said looking down at his armor. “I am a superhero.”
Bat Coleecher flew over to Colors and grabbed him by the neck. Colors struggled to break free from the creatures grip. They approached a wall and Bat Coleecher rammed Colors into it, dropping him in the process.
Although in pain for the moment Colors quickly recovered from the attack and got up as soon as the monster started flying at him again.
This time he was ready. As Bat Coleecher came towards him, he jumped up into the air flipping over the monster. The monster flew around this time launching a sonic scream attack at Colors, but he held his ground.
The monster came charging up at him, but now Colors had made a fist. The fist started glowing, and soon was enveloped with fire. He punched Bat Coleecher
knocking him out of the air. His other fist was enveloped with fire and he continued beating the monster with a barrage of punches.
The punches seem to have an effect on the monster. It started too weakened. Bat Coleecher hit Colors with his wing sending him flying backwards, however he did a flip midair and landed on his feet. Colors foot started to glow, and he charged up to the monster. He jumped up, his red foot glowing even harder now. Finally, his foot came in contact with the monster, the monster overflowing with red color. It became too much to handle and exploded.
It was morning and Mimi paced back in forth at the entrance on the dance studio. She looked at her watch. “Oh it is morning now, where could he be.”
Atushi walked into the door, deep in thought. “Atushi, you’re ok!” Mimi exclaimed running up and hugging her brother. “Where were you last night? I thought you were attacked by the monster on the news!”
“Oh…uh…I was looking for a job of course,” he said to his sister. Mimi was disbelieving in him.
“Well, anyways I will have to keep searching. None of the jobs I saw today were suited for me.” Atushi walked behind the counter, seeing shopping bags hiding underneath it. Mimi got wide eyed.
Atushi just glared at his sister. “You know the bills are piling up right?”
“Uh yes…”
“And you went out shopping yesterday didn’t you?”
“Um…I suppose.”
“You know what this means right?”
“I have an idea.”
Atushi kicked Mimi out the front door. “But I have a dance studio to run!” Mimi cried banging on the door.
Atushi walked upstairs to his room. His pocket started glowing, and he took out the Sketch Aurora, which was the cause of the glowing. It lifted itself from his hands, and floated over to Atushi’s manga. It started tracing over one of his works. When it was done it started glowing very brightly, and then out of nowhere a figure appeared.
As the glowing light dimmed, Atushi started recognizing the figure. It was Battamaru. Battamaru had come to life!

It is the middle of the afternoon and a young man appears to be sleeping at his desk. He is wearing an artist apron that has the name Jack written on it. The bat monster that attacked last night, sat in an alleyway look at its damaged wing. It was a bigger injury than it thought, and would be unable to fly unless it got healed. A random bum was walking down the same alleyway as he spotted the monster. The bat monster looked over to him, and the bum started running in fear. However the monster, despite being able to use its wings, still had some powerful hind legs, and darted after the bum. The monster caught up and leaped on the man, and started sucking his color away. After the process was completed, and the bum was dead, the monsters wing started repairing itself until it got completely healed. The monster was ready for another strike. ***
Atushi walks into a china shop, admiring all the delicate looking items in there. “Hello, I came to apply for a job here. I saw your sign.” When he said that, a snooty looking woman walks out from the back. She walks up to him and examines him from head to toe. “What is your name?”“Oh, my name is Atushi Ishoku, but you can just call me Jack.”
“Well, you don’t look like someone who appreciates fine art. Are you just here because your looking for any job you can get?”
