No pics. If you pic up the HK Boxed Set of all the Shouwa Rider movies (with not so bad subtitles) you can see it all for urself.

Here's it:
It's kind of funny how he keeps this regal atittude while he appears talking with V3 accompanied by 2 monsters, but then starts shivering and stumbling when the other 6 Riders appear and the monsters are defeated. He also didn't show any special abilities nor a monster form, although the Riders united their powers to kill him in one hit, so he should have some power.
Considering his belt, he seems to be a Delza Army member, but he never declares it expressly. He doesn't mention any connections to previous villains either, just talks about conquering Japan, although his followers all were defeated enemies from Stronger. His plan was to infiltrate his monsters into a Kamen Rider stage show and kidnap a large number of kids, but the actual Riders were watching it, defeat the monsters and kill him afterwards.

It's not a movie, Ankoku DaiShogun is from a tv special shown right after Stronger.
It's mostly a clip show. In the beginning, Tachibana tells a group of kids about the Riders and their battles. Afterwards, they leave to watch a Kamen Rider stage show. While watching it, Tachibana remembers the old times and clips from the first series are shown. After some time, the Riders start arriving, meeting each other coincidently, and Tachibana joins them while remembering the previous series. Only near the ending, the monsters on the stage start attacking the stage show actors and then Tachibana and the Riders get everyone out of there before and the Riders fight afterwards.
IIRC, it's technically the last time "Hongo Takeshi" and Daisuke/Kamen Rider Amazon appear in a Rider feature untransformed. Although Hongo is only in a scene in the beginning with Hayato, Shiro and Jin, and is strangely absent when the other Riders arrive, returning already transformed near the ending for the battle.
