The song is called "Yume no kakera" (Fragments of a dream). There's two versions of the song. A vocal version which is sung by Karahashi Mitsuru (The actor who plays Kaido) and then there's the acoustic version which is the one you're looking for.

If you search on the second disc of the "Kamen Rider 555: Final Call" soundtrack collection, you'll find it on there.
