Admittedly, I must applaud the Judge's patience. Halfway through the session, I would have thrown something at the defendent simply for the smug look on her face. Then I would have thrown something else at her for not shuting up when I told her to.

I could never be a judge.

What disturbs me the most is that in the end the scammer still doesn't get that she was wrong.

I mean she did not 'clearly' state that it was for the picture, she said what you see is what you get, which through context clearly means the cellphones pictured not the pictures of cellphones.

Not to mention the product description and stats. Sheesh.

It's almost frightening that she doesn't get it.
