Is Rakuten reliable?

Two quick questions folks. While looking for some of the DX zyudenryu one of my search results was Rakuten. My questions are 1) Has anyone ordered from them before and 2) how reliable are they? Thanks for the help.

I tried ordering from them twice in the past few months. The order confirmations took more than 2 weeks to arrive in my inbox.

I guess that's ok if you don't mind waiting, but the thing is, in the email confirmation, they state the actual condition of the items, whereas the original item page did not. They do give you an option to cancel though.

absolutely the worse. extremely long time to process order.
and the item that arrived also different from what they say on the website.
to make matter worse the shipping charge is very high for what i ordered.
also communication was unreliable, since the staff is probably using google translate or something similar.
i didn't even bother to ask for replacement since they probably don't understand what i'm saying, and i have to pay to reship the item back to japan.
i say if you want to buy tokusatsu stuff, better get it from one of the US sellers.
this way if there is anything wrong with the order, it is easy to get exchange, replacement or refund.
