is Johnny Mnemonic movie really that bad....?

i thought the movie was pretty cool...

It was funny in a B-Movie sort of way. I liked it. Many people call this film the precursor to the Matrix series. A lot of Sci-Fi films trying to do the Cyber Punk thing tend to fall flat on their face during the 90s only because some of them were trying to be the next Blade Runner or Terminator. In addition, I believe people were still used to the "Bill and Ted" Keanu Reeves. Still, I though have Kitano Takeshi was the movie was pretty awesome; there should be more transitions like that now and then.

(...and so I say to the dolphin)
