Information for making a henshin hero RPG

OK since I'm relatively new to the toku world, perhaps you can help me.

I'm looking for common tropes and cliches in the following toku styles:
Metal Hero
Giant Hero
Sentai
Kamen Rider
Mystic Warrior
Magical Girl
Martial Arts Master.

I already know of a few such as:
Super Sentai: Monster's never die. They get remade into giants.
Giant Hero: Due to budget constraints, the rubber suited battle scenes took up the last third of the episode. That and the red light means that A) the hero needs to recharge, and B) the hero is about to unleash a specium ray.
Kamen Rider: The originals were cyborgs, and thus modified to the point where a dropkick or diving punch could make an opponent explode.

So what other ones are there?

Metal Hero: There's always a female companion that can or cannot have a name in english (Mary, Sally, Wendy) and a Mentor.

Magical Girl: The lead always has to have some sort of animal, as there side kick/guide.

Examples: Luna, in Sailour Moon, or Yuuno from Nanoha
