i want to get a PS3 with MGS4 but......

should i just get the 40 gig or wait until another stock of the MGS4 bundle comes in cause of its backwards compatibility, also is the bundle only going to be out for a small amount of time. i mean, can anyone tell me the difference between the 40 and 80 gig version cause i have lacked over the years when it comes to how systems r these days lol. any info will be good, i just need help from fellow gamers...

Well it kinda depends because if you really want to play your ps2 games on your ps3 then wait for the 80gb but if you don't really care then i would just go get the 40gb and buy mgs4 seperately.

Most of my PS2 game collection are copy games, so even if I wanted to play my Ps2 games on there, I can't. So I went with a 40 gig.

Dont go PS3 for just MGS4. Unless you really wanted to watch a movie. Wait it out.

heh well i have mainly been waiting for mgs4, i also want dynasty warriors and i really can't think of any others cause i just now got home from a 8 hour night at work....ugh lol

Metal Gear is not a "movie" lol. there are cutscenes but its not like they are too long. besides the gameplay is great and ps3 has great games for it out right now,and great games coming out for it.
if you like ps1 and 2 game get the 80gig. i personally play a ton of ps2 games so im happy with my 60gig backwards compatibility.also,i heard they are adding BC to the 40gig model in an update so look it up. if that is indeed true then you can just get whatever version you want.
