Yup, but it has to be a shippable item within this campaign period. So doesn't work for new releases and pre-orders, in fact, they seem to have made it just miss the end of month new releases delibrately...

I am not sure what the conditions are, but I've already took advantage of this Free Shipping last time so does it work again? I am planning to buy SIC Kintaros which is on sale, is that considered part of their special item or something...?

I don't think regular sale items count, if you click on the campaign in the front page, you can find another link that links to a specific sale item link just for this campaign.

Last time you can purchase any in stock item and get free shipping as long as you pay with Paypal Billing Agreement, this time you have to do that AND have at least one of the sale items from their specified listing.

No, IXA Calibur is not part of HLJ's Special Sale. So the correct statement would be that there's nothing cheap. And that's kinda the point.

HLJ's new holiday/free shipping sale is meant to encourage the sale of those specific items. Getting free shipping on top of that for anything else is just a bonus to entice more sales.

The cheapest item I've noticed is Transformers Encore 11, but I don't need or want those, so I can't honestly justify partaking in this sale. At least not yet. Can't win them all.
