Hibiki Volume 3 HK

I don't know if it's been mentioned, but there's an HK Hibiki Volume 3 on eBay. So, was this "pirates are being shutdown" thing a hoax?

No it was not a hoax. It was REAL man. Why do you think Andy suddenly stopped selling HKs? I don't think they can catch pirates on ebay though which is why they're going strong on there.

I have no idea who the hell Andy even is...

But, I know sellers' shops have been shutdown, while some sell the remainder of their stock on eBay, but people also said that the pirates themselves, Manga/AV, was shutdown -- if they were, would they really just release Hibiki 3? It's new, just popped up yesterday. Maybe they're just sneaking...which would be cool.
