GTAIV: Lost and Damned Freezing Problem

For some reason, when I go near the stairs in the MC clubhouse. The game freezes.

Anyone else experience this kind of freezing issue in the game?

Whoops... Looks like the freezing was from my 360 overheating. A bad idea to play it in a hot summer. ^^;;;
