I'm currently in Japan on holiday. Today, I went to the Tokyo Dome mostly to see the Gekiranger stage show

Oh, really good cosplayers there, I liked that Gekiranger group there.

The ironic thing is that this week's Gekiranger episode was also filmed in Tokyo Dome City/Sky Theatre.

Like I said on my PM, I would suggest going to Toei Uzumaza Eigamura in Kyoto. I think Iga could vouch on me on this one.

Yeah, there's been some talk of going up to Kyoto, if we do then I'm definitely going to the museum but I'm not sure that we will be.

It's been good but not being able to speak/understand the language well has been really annoying. We'll mostly be going around Tokyo for the duration of the trip but as mentioned above, we may go up to Kyoto at some point too.

btw, the amount of Sentai/Kamen Rider stuff around that day was surprising. I knew it was a bigger deal in Japan than PR currently is in the US/UK but the difference is stunning.

Some more of the stage show. I don't think I'd need to recommend it to anyone on this board but it is *so* worth the 1000Yen and whatever feelings of embarass you feel for being in one of the 5 or 6 adults not accompanied by kids.
