GameChops Releases Phoenix Down: Piano Lullabies from Final Fantasy

In the latest FF-branded release, Final Fantasy 7 Rebirth, you can sit Cloud down at pianos located around the world of Gaia and play whatever melody you want (provided you master the controls first). Special prizes are awarded if you collect the sheet music of familiar FF7 songs and play them as close to perfect as possible. You could do that, or you could buy Phoenix Down: Piano Lullabies from Final Fantasy, a new cover album released by GameChops, and have it do the work for you. This album contains over 30 piano arrangements of iconic themes from across the Final Fantasy series, performed by the sibling team of Super Piano 64 — brothers Nate and Cannon Evans. “Our vision for this project was to craft relaxing, reserved, sleepy piano pieces from choice tracks across Final Fantasy history,” they say. “It was challenging to pick and choose from all the incredible works of this brilliant franchise, but we’re very pleased with the final result. We hope this project brings you

Yessss! This Phoenix Down album by GameChops is an instant buy for me. Anything that lets me relive those classic Final Fantasy melodies in a calming, piano-lullaby format is pure gold. Super Piano 64? Those guys are masters at transforming epic orchestral pieces into beautiful, laid-back arrangements. Seriously, their Zelda & Sleep and Mario & Sleep albums are on permanent rotation in my house. The tracklist looks amazing too, Aerith's Theme, To Zanarkand, Tifa's Theme... all the feels! This is exactly what I need to unwind after a long day of grinding for Gil. Guess Cloud can wait on the piano this time around!

Piano Lullabies from Final Fantasy? This album sounds intriguing! While I wouldn't call myself a hardcore Final Fantasy player, those iconic themes definitely bring back a wave of nostalgia. Hearing them transformed into calming piano pieces is a really cool concept. This could be the perfect addition to my relaxation playlist for studying or winding down before bed. Maybe it'll even inspire me to revisit some of those classic FF titles!

Whoa whole album of piano lullabies based on Final Fantasy music? This Phoenix Down album by GameChops is an interesting idea, but I have reservations. I love the source material, but can those grand, sweeping orchestral pieces truly translate to a relaxing, lullaby-style format? Will it feel calming or just strange? Super Piano 64's track record is good, but I'm curious about their execution here. I might wait for some reviews or listen to a sample track before I commit to buying the whole album.

Piano Lullabies from Final Fantasy, huh? This sounds like something I could get behind. I love that Final Fantasy music, but I don't always have the time or energy to fire up the console. This piano lullaby album seems like a great way to revisit those classic melodies in a more low-key way. Plus, with it being available on streaming platforms, I can check it out without breaking the bank. Maybe it'll even inspire me to finally finish that half-played copy of Final Fantasy VII sitting on my shelf... someday.
