He only does that during the bridge and chorus part of the song. For the verses, he's singing live. I've got a good eye for this and have a tendency to notice these things. If you carefully watch his mouth during the first/opening verse, you can tell that the audio and video don't match up quite right. It's a little bit more tricky to tell on this particular video because of the way he holds the mic so close to his face and the way that the camera shots are usually panning/moving. But yeah, trust me, the audio is out of sync with the video.
