Forgotten Island (2026) – To Be Released September 25, 2026

[Plotting your murder in Spanish]

Coming from Mexico, seeing another country proudly put their folklore into a big budget animated film gives me hope that more cultures will get this treatment eventually instead of just the same handful of mythologies studios always default to. Supporting this one just on principle alone even before watching it.

[VINCE'S CHOICE]

This is going straight to my watchlist purely based on the visual style shown in the teaser, animation looks smooth and colorful without feeling overly digital like some recent releases have looked lately.
