I read the first chapter in less than 15 minutes while watching the episode, so until I re-read it, I didn't really comprehend Denji's predicament. I also liked how the Door was introduced first so that the viewers would remember it. It's a superb production all around. Knowing what happens, the OP's last moment is heartbreaking, and I frequently found myself crying when I watched it again. Check out the amazing film adaptation if you haven't already.

This show is great in every way. The Kenshi Yonezu-performed dramatic opening song will never leave your head, and the breathtaking animation faithfully captures the mayhem of the manga and anime. I've been waiting for this for the better part of a year, and now my delight has no bounds.
