Did anyone catch the review for Vintage Violence?

Eugene Kotlyarenko's back with a new flick, and it sounds wild. His latest, Vintage Violence, shifts gears from horror to a blood-splattered rom-com set in Japan's denim trade. It stars Cole Sprouse as Carter, an urban explorer who stumbles upon rare denim in a mineshaft. Things get exciting when he meets Izumi (Kiko Mizuhara), who invites him to sell the find.

The review calls it a fun crime-fueled trip, so I'm definitely intrigued.

The concept of a blood-splattered rom-com in the denim trade definitely has my attention! However, I can't help but feel unsure about Cole Sprouse's role as an urban explorer. It seems like an odd fit for him; I much prefer him in more grounded roles. It'll be interesting to see if he can pull off the quirky nature of this character.
