Back in 2009, I really hoped that Decade would have pulled the Obi Wan/Megaman/Robin Hood bit where all the Heisei Riders disappeared so a Card Courier is sent to give Tsukasa his cards to pick up the slack and because of Tsukasa's memory loss he is unsure how to become a Rider until he becomes Decade. And when Yuusuke joins, he takes up the role of secondary rider rather than use Kuuga. Also, Kaito just needed to randomly pop up in all the worlds before revealing himself as Diend or at least have Diend fight elsewhere away from Decade.
