David Goyer couldn't sell WB on his take on the Flash. But they might be interested in his DCU villain film disguised as a Green Arrow movie. Super Max will feature Green Arrow who gets sent to jail and must battle a host of DCU villains to stay alive. This is an interesting way to introduce a whole mess of DCU characters in one big shabangabang. Could be a lot of fun.
