Is there any differences between the US version and the Japan one?

I think the US one has a rubber blade while the Japanese one has a plastic blade, and the US one lacks the chain while the Japanese one has a metal chain and a metal Doggy head. I'm not sure though, I'm basing this on memory from some website I read months ago.

The American version was probably used by PR SPD's Doggy Cruger.

I do know that there was a meter long version of the sword made of a combination of plastic and hard rubber sold in costume shops here in the U. S. when Power Rangers SPD came out.
