Hi guys, this is my lil fanfic that I thought of. This has 51 episodes so I am doing this one by one. This post will have background story and episode 1.
Background Story:
Japan is the home of legendary fighters which most people now call the Tokusatsu Heroes. These heroes have fought with evil since the beginning of the evil forces' invasions and till today there still exist the ones which continues their legacies. The weapons once used by these heroes are called the TokuItems. TOEI, an agency who managed these weapons have secretly prepared for the next invasion after a prediction from the researchers that evil might attack in order to capture the TokuItems. Thus, TOEI began secret training for elite soldiers to defend the earth against the invaders.
Episode 1 - Senshi wa Umarekawatta (Warriors are born)
In the year 2004, an independent group of warriors have continuously fought with the Evil Factors which has been terrorising the world for the TokuItems. On 31st January 2005, the climatic fight reached its climax. During the epic battle between good and evil, 4 of the 5 unknown warriors were killed in the battle after the Evil Factor launches an attack with his MicroSaucer transport. The one left, which is known as Silver goes head to head with the EvilFactor's leader. Angered by what happened to his comrades, he fought on with hatred and managed to destroy the Saucer and the leader with it. After the battle, the Silver warrior was never to be seen.
2 years after the event. TOEI, an organization based on entertainment has emerged as the biggest organisation in Japan and has branches across the world. TOEI was in fact the research and safeguarding organisation for the sacred weapons used by the past warriors, the TokuItems. The date is 5th February 2007 and it was supposed to be the day to honour new members that have passed all the tests and certify as warriors. The ceremony turned sour after their top student, Kage Hitokiri went on an amuk and killed every other honour receiver in the training site. He left the training site mysteriously stealing the TokuItem, Falcon Blade.
It is now 2008 and once again the world is in crisis. A mysterious floating fortress was spotted on the airs of Tokyo and that alerted TOEI. TOEI's secretive operations advisor, Tokushima Masaru called for an emergency meeting with the other branches' leaders. The other branches were not very willing to send in backup therefore Tokushima did not ask further.
Not long after, the fortress began to attack and it was found out that Tokyo wasn't the main target. Their main target was the Items Vault located 10ft underground within the perimeters of the TOEI offices.
The attack attracted the attention of a South American transfer student, Pedro Macapu. He noticed the attacking jets (called the Discas) bombarding near a kindergarten and he risked his life to evacuate the kids just to get hit by the missiles.
Another citizen but not a pure japanese, Byouko Chirl helped local ambulances rescue the injured and send them to hospitals. She managed to escape just before the an attacking Discas bombarded a nearby park.
Hong Kong police agent Kaiser Chan, transferred to Tokyo for an espionage task raced her scooter to help evacuate nearby citizens who were trapped in a narrow tunnel. Before she could escape herself, she was confronted with the grunts (Zaks) which were parachuted down from the Discas.
Gou Matsushima, a local attorney who had just lost his job was confronted by a group of Zaks when trying to rescue a family of 3 from them. He rushed on without thinking to confront the Zaks but only to get beaten.
Senki Taiki, a tourist from Kyoto was trapped in a hotel building when the Zaks forced entry and took hostage of some of the guests there. He rushed to attack a Zak when 2 of them tried to take a little boy hostage.
Not knowing what to do, Tokushima went to the underground lab in hopes that the researchers would know what to do. To his amazement, 5 of the TokuItems that they have collected began shining and flew out through the emergency escape tunnels and out to the city.
Meanwhile, Pedro who was supposedly dead from the missile bombardment was rescued by a glowing Red light and was slowly brought up to the sky. One of the TokuItems, the TyrannoSword X (repaired and gained a different look) flew to his arms and equipped him with a TokuCharger in his arms.
Similarly, the other four of Byouko, Kaiser, Gou & Senki were rescued by different coloured lights that is Pink. Yellow, Crimson and Blue respectively. They were chosen to be the owners of the TokuItems CircleDefensor, SlingSniper 00, Horn Breaker 2, and the BlueShinobiKnuckle repsectively. There were also given the TokuChargers and similar with Pedro, they were automatically transformed in to the Tokurangers and were transported to the middle of the city full of Zaks to regroup. What will their fate be?
Preview Episode 2 - Gonin no Chikara (Power of 5)
As the 5 battle the Zaks, they were doing battle on a solo basis and there wasn't teamwork. Forced to face invading Discas on the not completed TokuUnits (mecha), they need to learn the way of working together as one to defeat the Discas and a Akujuu (DemonBeast) sent from the fortress.
