Best Animated Movies for Kids That Also Appeal to Adults?

I've been looking for animated films that are great for kids but also have enough depth and humor to keep adults engaged. We've seen the classics like "Toy Story" and "Finding Nemo," but I'm curious if there are any lesser-known gems or recent releases that do a fantastic job of this. What are your recommendations?

While "Toy Story" and "Finding Nemo" are solid picks, I'd argue that films like "The Iron Giant" or "Wolfwalkers" have layers that really resonate with adults, yet somehow they don't seem to get the same recognition. Have you checked out either of those?
