BBTS question

So, I just placed my first order on BBTS. and for those of you who've ordered from them, how do they ship open, and loose items? More specifically, with Transformers. The product won't come all broken up, would it?

Faded got me a loose Sigma 6 Cobra Commander from BBTS once. It came as well packaged as if I had gotten it from them new.

I would have no worries with BBTS :thumbs:
