Bio: One of the most respected officers on the police force, Montoya remains one of Batman’s links to the Gotham City Police Department. Much to her dismay, she is partnered with Bullock often. Fearless and tough minded, Montoya doesn’t back down from anyone, whether it be a lowly street thug or a Super Criminal like Harley Quinn or Poison Ivy.
