Banner Request: Xenon

To any who might be interested in taking up the task I'm looking to have a banner made in honor of a favorite manga title from back in the day, one of the earliest to ever be brought over to the U.S. known as Heavy Metal Warrior XENON by Masomi Kenzaki.

I've provided some images here. I don't have a really specific idea but I'd just like to see what could be put together for it. Thanks in advance.
