Well the first title is just a relaunch of the current Thor book with the same creative team. I guess the ".1" initiative wasn't working out. The second title is the more interesting of the two. It is good to see the "Journey Into Mystery" name get used again, let's hope it fairs better than last time. But as for the latest incarnation it runs with the recent notion of Loki as a Machiavellian hero, which is an interesting take on the character. I have to admit I like the recent trend of adding shades of gray to the mythological characters, it always feels off whenever comics portray gods in black and white terms. My one worry is the use of the term "black ops" that pops up a few times, it is bad idea for superheroes and when you use to reference the action of gods it just sounds silly.
